We’re committed to providing you with personalized, compassionate care. Here you’ll find registration information for Guthrie patients.
To help us to keep your information confidential and to reduce your time at check-in, registration is required for outpatient testing, surgical procedures and physician services.
Pre-registration is required for outpatient testing, surgical procedures and some physician services. Pre-registering for your service in the days prior to your scheduled appointment can save you time at check-in when you arrive for your appointment. It also allows you to provide registration information confidentially in the privacy of your own home. For your convenience and privacy, we strongly encourage all patients to pre-register.

病人 scheduled for outpatient testing and surgical procedures may pre-register by calling 607-584-5515, Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. 到晚上7点.m.星期五早上7点开始.m. 至下午五点半.m. Please have your insurance cards and health care provider's written orders (if applicable) available when calling. 病人 who have pre-registered may go directly to their appointment location upon arrival the day of the test or procedure. Please be sure to check-in at your appointment location.

病人 who have not pre-registered for outpatient testing or surgical procedures should go to 中央登记 prior to proceeding to their appointment location.
病人 can register for hospital services such as Imaging, 心脏保健, 入院前测试, 实验室程序和手术.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. 到晚上八点半.m., and Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 7 a.m. 到下午3:30.m.

停车

Two parking lot shuttles run Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. 到下午3:30.m., with continual service to and from the Main Entrance and other open entrances upon request. One parking lot shuttle is available Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. 到晚上11:30.m.
Patient’s drivers can drop patients off at the Main Entrance then request shuttle service for themselves at the information desk.
Shuttle services are available by request only during weekend hours. If shuttle services are needed on the weekend, patients can call the Security Office at 607-798-5177 要求接送.
病人 arriving on the hospital campus can call the Security Office 要求接送 at any time, 24/7.

If you have parked your car with 代客 停车 and your visit to our campus has extended beyond 5:30 p.m., please contact the Security Department at 607-798-5177 10点前.m. to get your keys and receive a shuttle ride to your car.
代客 停车 will be closed on major holidays (New Year's Day, 阵亡将士纪念日, 七月四日, 劳动节, 感恩节和圣诞节).
